The date for our Gala opening and switching of the lighting officially is almost here. Please come and join us in the celebrations next Tuesday 16th April from 5.30pm
We will start the fun with a curtain raiser game with the little leaguers from 5.30-7.00PM. If your little leaguers would like to play please send an e-mail to us at cheltenhamrustlers@gmail.com We will draw names and set up as many of the kids as we can in two teams for fun game
From 7.00 – 7.30 will be the formal thank you to some of the many people who have helped us along the way and throw the first official pitch(es) under light’s
At the completion of the formalities we invite you to join in a slow pitch game. If you would like to join in this game, please send us an e-mail at cheltenhamrustlers@gmail.com. Final teams will be announced prior to the evening.
Teams will be either White or Blue, places in the teams on a first come first served basis, so please let us know ASAP if you want to play.
Bar will be open on the evening, some finger food will be provided. Sausages will be sizzling on the BBQ!
