We have organised a Community BBQ with Tasman Butchers on Sunday 15th April 2018. (288 Centre Dandenong Rd Moorabbin)
This will provide a great opportunity to raise funds to be put back into the running of our baseball club.
We are looking for volunteers to help out on the day with either a 2 or 3 hour shift from 8.00am till 5.00pm.
Duties will include setting up, cooking, serving, money handling, a gofer and pack up.
Can you please let Connie Upfill know if you are able to help out and an indication of the best times you will be available.
