Congratulations to Maddy S on her selection into the Legacy Australia 14U team (Legacy Sports | Baseball Program), who will compete in the 11th BFA All Girls Tournament in Rockford, Illinois, in July 2026. Maddy is one of only a handful of Victorian athletes chosen for this prestigious squad—an outstanding achievement.
Since 2015, the BFA organisation has welcomed girls from across the globe, including the United States, Canada, Australia, France, Mexico, South Korea, and beyond, to take part in this truly one‑of‑a‑kind tournament. This year marks the first time Australian girls will be represented in the 14U competition, offering a unique opportunity for young female baseballers to compete at a high level while connecting with hundreds of others who share the same passion for the game.
The tournament will run from July 15–25, 2026, in Rockford, IL. Players will also have the incredible opportunity to attend the WBSC Women’s Baseball World Cup Qualifiers, hosted by the International Women’s Baseball Conference, which will be held in Rockford during the same week.
