Summer Fees and Registration
2026/2027 Cheltenham Baseball Club Summer Registration Information
Fee Structure
Baseball fees are comprised of two parts:
1. Baseball Australia and Baseball Victoria Fees
These fees cover player insurance and administrative costs associated with running baseball across the state. These fees are set by the governing bodies.
Baseball Australia fees are payable at the commencement of summer. If a player does not play summer baseball, these fees will be charged at the commencement of winter.
Baseball Victoria fees are payable at the commencement of each competitive season.
2. Club Fees
Club fees cover the cost of running Cheltenham Baseball Club. Fees cover a wide range of costs, including equipment, baseballs, ground works, umpires, council costs, team fees, administration and more.
These fees are set by the committee at the beginning of each competitive season.
Payment of Fees
The club requires all fees to be paid at the time of registration.
Cheltenham Baseball Club strongly believes that all players should have the opportunity to play baseball regardless of financial circumstances.
We have a range of options available to ensure our players and families can participate in the sport we love.

Registration Process
The registration system used by Baseball Australia and Baseball Victoria is GameDay Passport.
GameDay Passport can be accessed in either of the following ways:
1. Register Online

2. Scan the QR Code
Scan the QR code to access the registration portal.

Volunteer Registration
Cheltenham Baseball Club encourages all committee members, coaches, scorers, team managers, volunteers and supporters to register.
There is no charge for volunteers to register.
This registration will cover you for Baseball Australia insurance.
