All positions on the Board will be vacated and your assistance is needed to help fill these key positions responsible for the overall running of the Club. The Board sits above our Summer and Winter sub committees that are responsible for seasonal operations and also deals with legislative and compliance issues as well as the ongoing relationships with the Kingston City Council and the Southern Districts Hockey Club with whom we share and run the our clubrooms.
Nominations for positions can be made prior to the AGM using the attached form and lodged via email at the above email address. Nominations will also be accepted at the meeting.

Special General Meeting/Election Of Summer Committee 2019/20 – 8:00pm
The purpose of this special general meeting is to elect the members of the Summer Sub Committee for the 2019/20 Season.
Following our very successfully 2018/19 season we will again be competing in Division 1 and the top end of the domestic baseball competition in Victoria.
The installation of lights In April 2019, suitable for Little League and Social games will have a major impact on how we structure and run the Club moving forward and your help is urgently needed to ensure the Club makes the most of this exciting opportunity. Practice and coaching facilities will also be vastly improved.
We trust that as many members as possible will attend to get involved in the Club for the challenge of the season ahead. All help with both official and unofficial positions within the Club will be greatly appreciated.
