All members are warmly invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Club.
The Board of Management will be elected at this meeting with responsibility for the overall management of the Club including setting strategic directions and priorities as well as meeting legislative reporting and compliance obligations. The Board also oversights and supports the Summer and Winter sections responsible for running their separate competition seasons and relationships with BV and DBA.
All positions on the Board will be vacated and your assistance is needed to help fill these important positions.
Nominations for positions can be made prior to the AGM and lodged via email at cheltenhamrustlers@gmail.com or at the meeting.
Apologies and a nomination of a proxy to vote on your behalf can also be lodged via e-mail at cheltenhamrustlers@gmail.com before Monday 26 May 2025.
Members seeking election must be eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting of the Club and be an Australian Resident, Eligible to vote means being over 18 years of age, a registered member for the 2024-25 Summer season or the 2025 Winter season.
Members registered as Club Volunteers who have been elected to committees or appointed to positions such as team coaches, managers and scorers as well as Life Members who are actively engaged in the Club are also eligible to stand for positions and vote.
